Considering I’m a fashion blogger, it may come as a surprise that I never took an interest in reading fashion magazines until just this past month. Here are the magazines I’ve been reading the last couple of weeks. I definitely have a favorite already, which I just subscribed to. But I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings
Let me know if there are any magazines you rely on to get your fashion scoop…or if you read all of them. I’m interested in knowing what everyone else is reading.
This week is currently a bit chaotic, with trying to get everything situated at home and with work before my break for the holidays. I will continue to keep you all updated, but I’m definitely excited to be getting out of the city for 5 whole days next week!
One of the many things I love about New York is getting away from New York every once in a while. I feel like it keeps me grounded, and it just makes me love being here even more.
Also some other news I’m very excited about, I’ve been invited to cover the 6th annual Broadway Sings for Toys event, which will take place Monday night at the Symphony Space in the Thalia Theatre in Manhattan. It may not be the most fashionable event of the year, but it will certainly involve a wonderful cause and some of the most talented people in New York City, and I’m so honored that I’m going to take part in it.

As the paps started to frantically snap away, I thought “oh, they must be testing their shots. What a great idea.” So I took this photo of them. Then I realized they were all photographing the Victoria’s Secret Angel who just walked in.
Chanel joked: “I’m here to unveil the….what’s it called again?” A few of the DKNY members looked like they were about to have a heart attack.

I had anticipated a block of gold encrusted with fairy dust and unicorn hair.
